DELIVERIES DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

Any deliveries which arrive damaged , not in proper working order etc. must be notifed to Panvic Animal Health Inc. headquater or our distributor within 48 hours of arrival. A written letter , entitled PRODUCT DAMAGE REPORT ,and illustrating exactly what damge was detected to what products and including the invoice number , must be send  to our headquater or our distributor within 48 hours also.

Our headquater or our distributor will then look to replace said items straight away , ensuring as little disruption to our clients as possible. We have an excellent record in ensuring all items reach there destination as quickly as possible and in perfect condition at all times.


Our headquater or our distributor must be notified within 8 working days of delivery if a customer wishes to return any products sent out to them.

Unfortunately , we cannot accept products returned to us , which are not in there origginal packaging and which are not in perfectly good condition. Products return with 8 working days will be credited or refunded full total purchase amount to the customer, after 8 working days any return of product customer will only be credited or refunded 97% out of the total purchase amount to the customer.
